Dear Valued Employee:

Our records indicate that you have not used any vacation time over the past 100 year( s ).

Employees are granted three weeks of paid leave per year or pay in lieu of time off. One additional week is granted for every five years of service. Since you failed to use take your 9,400 accumulated days off work from the first millennium, or cash them in for their value of $8,277,432.22, prior to the deadline date of 31 December 1999, you have hence forfeited these, in accordance with company payroll procedures, which require that they be used up or cashed in by the end of the millennium in question.
