Your "wish it" is my command LOL - Welllllllllllll here it is, that ONION STUFF "U" ALL keep moaning about...ROFL

That NY Onion Sauce Stuff

2 medium onions, sliced 1/4" thick or a bit thinner
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup catsuP or canned tomato sauce
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. chili powder
dash Tabasco
dash salt
1 cup water

In a medium skillet saute' onions in oil over medium heat, stirring until golden and limp, about 7 minutes. Mix in catsup smoothingly, add cinnamon, chili powder, Tabasco and salt. Pour in water, stir. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered, until onions are tender, about 10 minutes. Spoon hot onion sauce over grilled or boiled hot doggies in a bun.

*I prefer using white onions rather than yellow and cut them in slices then in 1/2 again they l^oo^k like this -> ) rather than this -> O - "U" got the picture right? LOL
Olive oil can be used in place of vegetable oil.

I don't eat this stuff, l^oo^ks right, smells right - I only make it once in a while when we're having a barbecue ROFL - all the hot doggie & onion sauce lovers I've made if for say it tastes like the GREAT NY Pushcart Stuff - some use it on hamburgers too...so give it a try.

Enjoy!
