No, I am talking about the one in Pleasant Plains. My sister definitely went to grammar school there. At one time there were two grades in one classroom. I remember she told me of how when she was finished her work she would attend to the work of the other grade. She is very smart; I guess this is why. Anyway I have a baby picture of me with a beanie on that has SLA on it. It was my sister's grade school beanie. I also have a picture of my brother and some nun with a strange looking habit that had some sort of ruff around the headpiece. I'm sure that my brother went there for a time, too. I remember hearing stories of his getting into trouble and mortifying my sister who was never anything less than a perfect student.
The grammar school closed (which is why my brother didn't go there for long, I guess) and it became a girls high school.
