When need meets desperation, seat belts be damned.
Nothing will change. Whether it be the migrant farm workers here in Florida or the tomato pickers in California, or whoever, wherever, people will do what they have to do to survive.
As the population grows, and the need for unskilled labor increases, expect more and more of the same.
Our technology-driven society (and gov't) are leaving people behind, just as happened in the Industrial Revolution in the late 1800s, and people will be left behind.
Except now we are more intelligent and it is far more frightening.....or is it?
