Hi BigPaul!

Regarding the "time" of the Eclipse it's 7:04 AM EDT.

Regarding where it can be viewed from: In parts of the Atlantic Ocean, Europe, the Middle East and India. It will be mostly nicknamed the "European Eclipse" but it will also widely be seen in parts of Irak, Iran (including Espahan) , Pakistan (Karachi), and India. Soooo, no, we won't get to see much!

As you know, any Eclipse is a dramatic event, as a HUGE amount of energy is released...but this one is the Grand~Daddy of them ALL!!! It's actually one of the most dramatic planetary alignments of this century!
