Once in a blue moon we are able to get some good Nathan's or Hebrew National franks here, and that is definitely grilling day. I have my grandma's old cast iron fry pans that I put right on the grill to make onion sauce, or mushroom sauce if we're grilling hamburgers or a steak. Those pans must be 60 years old and they are the best ones I own.
