if ya like the thick crust, then the fine flour will not do at all. my wife goes to a natural food store to get the flour because it does not have corn in it. seems my grand daughter has an alergy to corn products so we have to be careful what she eats. what a pain to read all the lables. i had to do that when my daughter was growing up on the island.

anyways, fine flour will not do for a thick crust pizza. i like the thin crust myself. try adding some whole wheat flour to the mix and see if that gives you a better crust.

one more think, i love corn fretters......
