Pizza Dough Rose Paterno Jan Rich I searched the supermarket shelves today for the fine flour that you mentioned. Besides the regular all they had was the Wonda that I mentioned in a previous post I know that's a fine flour. Is that what you meant? I have a recipe that someone brought back from Italy where cake flour was used. I made it and it was very good everyone liked it but it was too thin and crusty for me. I like a thick pizza.
