great idea, i think i will try it but with the fine flour only. the sugar/honey thing sound great...

as for using the metel pie pans, my wife got me a stone plate for cooking the pizza and breads in the oven. she uses the bread maker that makes all kinds of noise.

you may want to try the stone plate. whatever you do, do not wash it in soapie water. just clean it with a spachler to get the stickie stuff off and plain warm water.
