Here I sit waiting to be entertained by my bright, humerous friends from S. I. and ya all forgot ta log on and post sumpten.
Leigh and I went to the Mammoth Lakes 4th parade. A wonderful small town parade. The streets were lined with spectators, most were wearing something red, white or blue. The parade lasted about 30 minutes. There were lots of folks on horses back, some with mules, some in restored old cars. There were fire trucks and a few floats. The parade ended with kids on their decorated bicycles. There was red/white&blue tissue paper in the spokes, on helmets and streaming behind the kids. Most notable to me was the bright happy faces. These kids were having a ball.
