I try to be a middle of the road person. I can accept almost anyones life style as long as the individuals do not get in my face. As a young sailor stationed in San Francisco, in the mid '50s that was impossible. The streets from the train station to downtown were lined with guys on the make who got in your face. That most unwelcome experience has biased me. I do not know what it is like there now as memories of those experiences keep me away.
I hope that this law does not turn Vermont into the homosexual hell that San Francisco was in the '50s. I think that your good intentions may turn your state into a magnet for the homosexual community.
