No Topic Irene Molway quill iquill I was the culprit who posted a while back abt overusing
the term "pasta". we almost never used it. It was macaroni
Or Spaghetti. Only time it was used was pasta faggioli or
pasta chichi.

As for the difference re Sauce & gravy I was taught sauce
was anything that was thickened with a roux and gravy was
not, regardless of color.

Who knows??? Let's write the food channel.
