Business' with voice mail responses Dan Blaine DBLIVIT firstname.lastname@example.org
Talk about maximum hassle! With the 6hour time difference between here and the states (east coast) and then paying overseas long distance charges, there is nothing more annoying than getting hooked up with a computerized voice mailbox system.
One thing that works occasionally is to keep hitting the # sign everytime it asks for an input. This seems to befuddle some of the automatic systems and puts you through to a human. Sometimes hitting "O" will also work. But the newer systems are getting smarter and it's getting harder to "hack" them.
