Think it's why we have the word "uncanny" in the langwidge. Invented by a "canny Scot," no doubt.
I've heard other similar tales by savvy people who also know better than to put a lot of stock in some of the forecasts they're given but which seem to turn out quite right.
If the explanation isn't found in clairvoyance then there's gotta be a rational explanation.
