The Plaza & Forest Ave. C Connelly mcgil mmmg@netscape.net I think that when the mall opened on Richmond Ave, Sears moved from Forest to the mall. A few years later. At the end of the 70's, they knocked down the Food Fair building(which was a few doors down from Sears) and several houses between FF and Monkey Ward and built the new Pathmark (the parking lot is where all the houses were.)

Rich,
Small world. My Dad grew up on DuBois and my maternal great-grandparents and several other relatives also lived there. My cousin and I knew every short cut that would take us from there to her house near Clove Road. If I remember correctly, there was a certain brook that we used to tramp through and always get in trouble for coming back with wet sneakers.
