Our wet front passed through. We received some much needed rain. At 5AM there was a brilliant moon. By noon the wind had shifted to the south to bring in a warm breeze. By mid afternoon it was 70. Because of the rain the haze had settled so that if you looked east you could see the snow capped Sierras. That is one of the nice things about the Valley. You can see snow, you can drive up to it, & then you can leave it behind!
