bythe way, if you use syup, then its has to be pure high grade vermount maple. no additives, no color, no nuttin but pure syurp.

i got a half gallon pure in my ice box now and am going to based the turkey with it, the yams and the apple pies.

oh yea, i add brandy to the apple pies for a slight bit of extra flavour and harveys bristol cream to the turkey so the gravy has a slight kick to it.

fyi, i do all the cooking on thanks giving here. the girls then have to do all the after dishes. pots are no problem cuz i do them immediately after i use em.

then it's all eating and drinking for me with the grand kids.
