I remember Mr. Frumpkin. What I remember most was that he was the "cool" teacher. I think, if memory serves correctly, that he taught Spanish. If that is true, he's the one who turned me in to my mom for truancy on parent-teacher night. She asked how I was doing in his class, he asked her for my name. When she told him, he informed her that I'd never actually been to his class, although he did know who I was. It seems I spent most of sophmore and junior year in the woods behind the school, or riding the SI ferry, or in clove lake park, or......amazing I got as educated as I did!
Don't remember anything blowing up though. I do remember the parade. The park was right around the corner from where I lived.
Where do you live now?
