They say it's the hardest job in the Navy. Actually it's harder than that. Programmed long periods of separation, training and duty assignments while at home that keep you away from 1 day to a few weeks, and the constant changes based on a unit or ships schedule. It's difficult for everyone associated with the service person. Most folks don't know what a good deal they are getting for their tax dollars, or that there are so many folks that will give up so much for the freedoms we enjoy every day. You make America the poster child of the world that everyone wants to go to. God bless all those family's who are serving or have done so.
