Children learn responsibility from their parents, and if the parent lets a child run loose and annoy others in a setting (such as a restaurant) then the child doesn't learn to respect the rights of others. If your child wants to run and scream in the park, great, but you have to teach them the difference. Children aren't born knowing these things. By the way, Anonymous, what would your response be? Would you yell at me, or threaten to beat me up, or tell me to mind my own f-ing business? I guess your child (if you God forbid ever have any) would learn a LOT from that show of force! But there is a big difference between saying what you would do, and saying what you would do if you had children. Having a child changes your perspective on a lot of things, so perhaps there is hope for you yet!
