The first show I can remember by name is Captain Video on the Dumont channel on SI.
I remember Flash Gordon with Buster Crabbe, the show that always got me was the one with the Mud men,
I remember a show on Sunday mornings hosted by Paul Tripp and he rode a Railroad train.
He wore the cloth engineer cap and the plot of the show was always something to with a book.
I can remember the plastic sheets that went over the TV and I think the first show I saw in colour was in the early 60's.
Some other shows I can remember is Molly Goldberg, Lights out, Kookla, Fran and Ollie,
Arthur Godfrey with Julius LaRosa,and of course I love Lucy.
