Too bad the NYPD on Staten Island are so busy giving out parking tickets and ignoring a major future problem. Residential neighborhoods have become infested with loitering mischeivious teen age punks. Most of thes Punks do not live in the nabs they loiter. They intrude on decent citizens quality of life. They do drugs. They intimedate senior citizens. They meet in large groups and hangout on parked cars, they double park for hours, and BS with their engines idling, further disturbing residents of the nabs, quality of life. Meanwhile the NYPD does nothing. Todays teenage punk is tomorrows adult scum. Just what S.I. needs. Thanks alot [S.I.] NYPD, keep on hitting on the taxpayer with all the BS summonses. Too bad you can't muster enough courage to do your duty, as well as your wussy ticket writing.
