I, along with many of my fellow graduates have decided not to attend the high school reunion. First of all why would New Dorp, a Staten Island high school, hold a reunion in New Jersey? Second of all, the cost is $67 per head for a buffet style dinner and two hour open bar. I recently got married and it cost $79 per head a Monte Bianco (a lovely Staten Island Hall) for a 5 hour afair with cocktail hour, 1/2 hour Vienese hour, sit down dinner and continuous open bar. What I would like to know is who organises these events and who keeps the profits?
