Can anyone help me with the name of a restaurant which used to be at the corner of Richmond Avenue and Richmond Terrace in Port Richmond...the year was 1971-72 ... I thought it was called the "Spa" but for some reason that just doesn't hit home. I know they served some of the best prime rib on the Island at the time. And the atmosphere was wonderful! The place was downstairs from "Cue Town" billiard hall. Oh...and what's there now???? Anyone?
