Well I guess I should have just put this in the Eggers ice cream post
but what the hell... Eggers had very good Icecream there is no doubt
about that. but RALPHS had the best ice cream and Italian Ices.
Ralphs was started and owned by Ralph Silvestery. I went to P.S.21
with his son Larry.. The Ices and Ice cream at one time were made
In a garage on Walker street. The family lived at the corner of walker
and Morningstar Rd. Ralph would take us down to the garage and have us help him make the Ices.. The bad part is I know how he made them. and it has to die with me. A promise that I made as A young man.. but the icesc and ice cream were all natural no poison like the garbage made and sold at stores today
