Used to drive past that place, if it's the one I'm thinking of. Still see their ads in Two-Way Radio magazines. They site manage many tower sites.
Before I got into my present job, (between my Navy career and it), I owned a Two-way radio and Marine Electronics business for 20 years here. We did all the maintenance on a small fleet of tug-boats here. I saw the same problem with old salts not having faith in modern gizmos.
