The week before Thanksgiving always brings back memories of JFK Jr. with the small flag and the hand salute to his father. I was on a ship at the Navy Yard in Philidelphia out for sea trials. We thought a war had started, or about to. It's amazing today how many places you see JFK's picture around the world. If he had lived it's my thought that the 'cold war' may have ended 30 years eariler.
