and Hillary Clinton thought she said it first NOT!!!
One of the greatest things I remeber about growing uP on Staten Island was that it was so neat that each town was kind of like a little Village where everyone knew their neighbors, merchants & others. Parents really pitched together to help oversee "children" & never thought twice about correcting a wrong in process no matter who's the child belonged to. Because of this I alway felt there was adult supervision close by which I realized now created a good sense of security for me & others. Today it the world has become so "me & my & not mine" that Parents shy away from correcting anothers child because of the fear of confrontation. Hillary may have said it right but Staten Island had it in motion first & it worked as far as I'm concerned. :)
