It'll be there until they outlaw brick row houses back East or the Really Big New York Earthquake levels all the brick houses. It's number 26, downstairs, the one with the big cement block garage in back, the one I mixed the concrete for, by hand, using a shovel and a hoe, when I was a kid. Stuff gets heavy after you add water. I wuz Leo's cement mixer, that's Dad. He'd build anything out of anything that wasn't nailed down, and some stuff that wuz, hence the U.S. Gypsum sheetrock. :) -rs

PS In S.F. they don't build out of brick because the walls tend to come a-tumblin' down when the earth shakes; the old brick buildings still standing from before the '06 Earthquake and fire have all had to be reinforced with steel girders criss-crossing the load bearing walls, sometimes inside the building, sometimes out, like one-a-dem exoskeletons they tried to teach us about the insex in Bio 1 at Coitus.
