Thank you for this information Fred, my husband was thrilled to see his grandparents were listed. The number is in his aunt's name and the home was theirs before they built one in Mariners Harbor.
I did not realize when I first read the post that it was a New York City Bood as well.
Is their any listings for a Meyers family in Yorkville section of NYC. This would be my mothers family. Her mother was a nurse and I know she was a widow by 1917. Her name being Hannah Meyer with or without an s on the end. She had two daughters, Teone, my mom and Pauline and three sons, a lawyer, E LLoyd and another son, Morris. What names these older ones bore?
