I lived at 700 victory for a year and left for many reasons. 1. very noisy in the summer 2. no stores within walking distance 3. no parking, you have to get on a waiting list to park their and its an additional 90 bucks. 4. i would have to park at least 5 blocks away many times and hub cap theft was rampant. 6. the surroundinf areas are bad 7. the bus was slow and always jam packed. 8. the walls were paper thin. 9. the rent was high 10. the pool was extra also.
I live in Great Kills by the train, the south shore is way better.
