I'm not surprised (ego showing, red white and blue). However, between the time rs went to curtis and I went to PRHS, there was a zoning change. All of my neighbors in Westerleigh used to go to Curtis before the change. When those wonderful, but tough teachers at PRHS got us little darlings to work with it was all up hill from there. Those teachers who used to know how to get the "rocky snowball trowers" in line had to learn how to survive "intellectual" brickbats. They had no recourse other than getting even better. Bravo for Port Richmond High School!!!!! ;->
My sister and I used to have arguments about whether Curtis or PRHS was better. She was 3 years older than me, and I usually accepted that she was right. NewsWeek now, after all these years, has given me some amunition.
