Hey Rett! "ditto" about 10 years earlier. When I hung out there The Gallo Family owned Toddy's and Victor Gallo & his father did most of the bar tending... Now ya got me thinking would that bartender you're referring to be Kevin Clancy? He was my boyfriend wayyyyy back then & "Old Man Toddy" as we called Mr. Gallo would let us hang out on the side where there were tables as long as we bought food and behaved ourselves. Ahhhh "U" know a nip or two always found it's way passed Toddy but behave we did cause where the hell were we gonna go, especially on those cold winter nights. There was a great bunch of people there too, everyone knew one another. I used to play pool often & if I do say so myself :) could hold the table for a good portion of the evening LOL, especially when the "New Joisey" hot shots would show up to do some drinking. & we'd whoop their a** playing pool & win their drinking money so they'd be too embarrassed to return to our little hang out at the beach.
