Thanks for the info Steve, perhaps I should have been clearer. I want to live in a building near the train. I do not need to live in Westerleigh and I am aware that the train runs along the South Shore. I am not a bus person. I work within walking distance of the ferry in manhattan, so train and ferry would be ideal., besides I've seen the mad dash for the bus on the staten island side, quite scary and i've been told that the buses are really crowded and way too slow.
