It always amazed me how they would take a ball of dough, pound it and spin it into a perfectly round Pizza. I think that place is where I ate my first Pizza and where I first saw how it was made.

Have you seen the movie "The Big Night." Having traveled all over Italy in the middle 1980's, I can appreciate the love of food well prepared. I can also appreciate the disillusionment they felt when they saw how popular "Italian-American" food was despite their artistry in reproducing their regional dishes.
