a micro-brewery. Think of all the bars on the Island just waiting to serve an Island-brewed beer. I was watching PBS the other day and I happened to see a frequenter of this web site. He was being interviewed in his establishment (I won't say the name, as he has been criticized in the past), and he was asked if he served any Staten Island beers. He informed the interviewer of the rich history of brewing on the Island, then told her there are no breweries here. If half the restaurants and bars on the Island served an Island-brewed beer, you got a great business oppurtunity. We could also use a good French restaurant. I can't take Italian any longer. We could use an indie movie theatre based on the reaction observed here. What else?
