I visited SI in October; went to Richmondtown; ate at a very good
restaurant (Rectory Inn ? ); and peeked into the New Dorp Station
restoration. What are you people doing to that old building?
It never had a second floor, or a stairway. It was open inside to
the roof. A couple of smelly toilets occupied tge area where you put
the stairs, and a baggage area was in the space you use for a front
door. Is this a type of poetic license in "restoration"?
