Oh yeah back in the late 60's and early 70's? I knew the twins scott and charlie a couple years younger than us they lived in the projects there mom used to babysit me when her mother had doctor appointments or visited her. Her name was Sandra the fathers name was Charlie Iremember how to get to their door but do not remember their building number they were on the second floor
