If you just get the newspapers to read the funnies (which is mostly what I do), you can get them at the Houston Chronicle: www.chron.com/content/comics/ind

you have to register and then they give you a log on name and password and it's free. Their headlines and news stories aren't bad, either, if you're into that sort of thing...DAN (I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the Advance to come up with a free web-site)
