Last Thursday was recycle pickup day for my house. As is normal sanitation did not come. I called the garage on Friday morning and they told me they would be there. Saturday morning a uniform sanitation "Police Officer", yea right, issued me a summons for not taking my pails back in. I just dont get it ?!!!
