Thank you cheesecake haters from the cheesecake lovers. Did you know that there is a chain called, "The Cheesecake Factory". Fantastic. Not as good as my mom made while I was growing up. Unfortunately mom took her recipe to the grave. She also took the recipe for jellied eel with her as well. I bet there are very few jellied eel lovers out there. If you are one and know the recipe please post it or send it to me. Harry
