Gosh that brought some good memories and isn't that what this posting business is all about?
I love to this day the breaded eggplant slices, with catsup, that my mom fixed. I also remember eating onion or radish sandwiches. LOL Still tastes good. Catsup on the onion ones and salt on the radishes. Of course these came from our garden. Those long white radishes. Ummmmm
