At least Bobby was a New Yawker, He lived there all his life. The Ks used the Cape for vacations. The younger Ks, like bobby's son may have a domiciles in Mass but far as I know Teddy just visits. So Mass hasn't had a Senator who truly lived there since Ed Brooke, I don't think Kerry is domiciled here since he got married, and now NY appears ready to join up.
The old Chad Mitchell trio had a song "What did you learn in school today?", which had a great line. "Our leaders are the finest men and so we elect them again and again"
