Poor Chris,
Discovered the wrong continent by getting lost and then to find out others had discovered it first - sainted and now not. His life must have been quite a shock. In Putero Rico and other places he saved he is considered an enslaver.
But he was a good sailor many mistakes were made in his name. But remember he DID NOT discover America.
