Richmond Ave. had two good bakeries. Piazza's which had great whipped cream cakes.(I taught their daughter Sally Ann) There was also the Oven Bake Shop. My mother took my sister and I there to get Charlotte Russe. Anybody remember them? On Forest Ave. near Pelton Ave. there used to be also a very good, homemade style bakery. Anybody remember the name? Rhoda G.
