I wish you would have asked here first...
I do some work with those hand helds... I have found I have NEVER had a problem sync'ing the Windows CE units, EVER.
I have used Toshiba, Hitachi, and others.
When ever I try to use the Palm Pilot, it absolutley will not sync up. I hate it.
If they'll let ya take it back.... it would be worth the restock fee. Get a Windows CE unit... You can download all your contacts from Outlook with out a hitch.....!
