Wow, I didn't realize that we on AOL had so many problems! LOL. Seriously, this is the first time that I was not able to view the down loaded files that were sent to me from others with different ISP's. I have also sent photos to family and friends and they have not had any difficulties, so this has posed and interesting challenge. Thanks for all of the helpful information, it is greatly appreciated.
