hey bob! the wife & i made the same trip during our honeymoon. Hearst Castle, what homey "little" place! it takes 3 bus rides up the hill to see the whole damn place! Big Sur was just like in the post cards. We stayed a couple of nights in monterrey at a bed & breakfast. the seals were "err err err err err" ALL NIGHT LONG!
